BOOKING LIVE STREAM
1. Choose the Live Streaming class you wish to participate in from our regular Trainings Schedule on the Mindbody app, book and pay for the training over the App.
2. You will receive an email confirmation of the booking (if not, please contact us right away to update your email address)
3. The Live Stream Link will be sent via Email 30 minutes prior to class begin
Booking must be made at least 30 minutes prior to class. Bookings made 30 minutes prior to class will receive the link a few minutes before the Training start.
4. Log in to your Mindbody account to join the Live Streaming, by clicking "Click here to join" in the email sent to you
5. Click Join the Live Stream. You can choose to allow or not allow access to your camera and microphone, this will not influence the visibility of the live stream, however not allowing will ensure the other Live Stream participants can not see or hear you. You can as well change this once you have entered the live stream.
That's it, very easy and very cool!!!!
You can view the streamings over your phone, laptop, iPad or PC.
Just make sure your volume is up and the picture is set to full screen.
