Lisa grew up in Sweden, raised in a family with a strong background in athletics and swimming, giving her a passion for sports and fitness. From the age of 12, Lisa began teaching fitness and dance classes at her local sports club. At the young age of 16, she became a swimming instructor specialising in a program targeted at swimming for stress relief.

 

In her classes Lisa focuses on listening to ones body, forgetting about what is going on outside of the studio and just coming back to the core essentials of ones own training. Joy, movement and progress are important to Lisa and she manages to bring all of this together while having a fun time in class and motivating others with her contagious smile. 

 

” When you are in my class I hope that I can motivate you to push yourself. That could mean doing one more push-up or the mental stamina of holding on until the clock stops. I hope to show you how strong your body and mind can be when they work in unison.”

Lisa is bilingual Swedish/English and learning Swiss German during her extended stay here.
