Alexandra's calm relaxed manner can easily lead you to believe the training will be "too easy" but don't be fooled. Alexandra has a a deep knowledge of body movement and placement. Her know how guides beginners as well as advanced pilates and yoga participants through her trainings, allowing them to learn, grow and improve.
Join Alexandra for a morning Pilates or yoga or treat yourself to one of her evening slow yoga classes allowing you to relieve stress, relax and enjoy a feeling of peace. Occasionally Alexandra will further treat us with one of her Candlelight Yoga evenings.
Alexandra teaches in both German and English.
